If your SuperBungee product breaks in normal use or fails to function as promised, you have 6 months from the day you receive the product to return it and request a replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Normal use doesn't include, by way of example only: cutting, burning, melting, crushing ends, or other abuse of the cord.
