Satisfaction Guarantee:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your SuperBungee product, simply return it to our Ohio SuperBungee Factory (address below) within 45 days and we will provide a full refund (minus shipping charges) after confirming that the product has not been abused or destroyed.

6-Month Warranty

If your SuperBungee product breaks in normal use or fails to function as promised, you have 6 months from the day you receive the product to return it and request a replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Proof of purchase is required. There are no other warranties or guarantees on SuperBungee products, express or implied.  Normal use doesn't include, by way of example only: cutting, burning, melting, crushing ends, or other abuse of the cord.

To receive a refund or replacement, you must return the product to us at your expense. Please include (1) your name, (2) mailing address, (3) phone number, (4) email address, (5) reason for return, (6) proof of purchase, and (7) specify whether you are requesting a refund or replacement.  Send the product to the following address:
